The board approved a series of routine contracts, a PCCD grant for medication-assisted treatment at the county jail, personnel actions and a hazardous-materials response contract; the meeting included the public introduction of the county library system’s new executive director and announcements about a new comprehensive plan and a kayak fish-passage feasibility grant.
