The Union County Board of Commissioners met March 4, 2025, in Elk Point and approved a resolution establishing the Elk Point Ambulance District covering multiple townships, authorized several contracts and highway purchases including a $118,147.25 agreement with Sir Lines‑A‑Lot, approved payroll and a long list of claims and abatements, and held two brief executive sessions on personnel.
