Middleton Common Council met March 19 to hear public comment on a Terrace Avenue rezoning, approve consultant and easement agreements, vote to let the mayor choose whether to sit on the plan commission (first reading passed 5–2), approve a budget amendment resolution for Lake Street and Dewey Court reconstruction, and select nominees for cooperative-plan negotiations with the town of Middleton.
