Spencer County Fiscal Court met July 1, 2024. The court approved zoning changes, voted to mow a long-standing nuisance property, approved billboards paid from opioid funds, authorized park repairs and drainage work, approved personnel and equipment changes, and took executive-session actions on a land donation and a loan to fund an animal shelter.
