The Charles Mix County Board of Commissioners met Nov. 6, 2025, approving multiple Rural Access Infrastructure Grant applications for five townships, accepting financial reports showing an ending balance of $11,895,467.67, and approving a $162,000-per-year law enforcement services agreement with the City of Lake Andes. The board also approved purchase of a color printer for the Treasurer and two hires for the sheriff's office and highway crew.
