At its Nov. 11, 2024 meeting in Waycross, the Ware County Board of Commissioners reappointed and appointed members to local boards, approved several purchases including a $10,148 vehicle-related purchase, rejected a $30,000 vehicle-lift purchase on a 3-2 vote, entered executive session on personnel, and received an update from Atlas Technical Consulting on a countywide Comprehensive Transportation Plan — the first in over two decades.
