Spencer County Fiscal Court met July 18, 2022. The court opened with routine business, heard a KIPDA presentation on a Safe Streets action plan and rejected participation after a 2-4 roll call vote, reviewed fire-district ARPA reimbursement and tax-rate information, approved multiple personnel and equipment actions, released budgeted support to local organizations, entered executive session and authorized an offer on surplus school property.
