At its Jan. 14, 2020 regular meeting, the Fleming County Fiscal Court unanimously approved Resolution 19-1291 declaring the county a Second Amendment Sanctuary, heard a school board presentation about tax collection fees, considered a countywide solid waste franchise, reviewed infrastructure concerns including a deteriorated bridge deck and an emergency funds request, and approved routine budgets, appointments and contracts.
