Oldham County Fiscal Court approved a zoning map amendment to rezone two LaGrange parcels for a proposed five-unit apartment building after a public hearing marked by resident objections about rail proximity, traffic and school capacity. The court also approved multiple contracts, grants, an MOU with High Point Charities, a tornado siren purchase and several personnel and surety actions.
