The Gladwin County Board of Commissioners on Dec. 9, 2025 approved expanded meeting compensation for commissioners, adopted two borrowing resolutions and a three-year contract with Maximus, made several board appointments, and heard departmental and public-comment updates including elevator maintenance and courthouse security concerns.
