The Finance & Economic Resiliency Committee held a hybrid March meeting to consider neighborhood projects, private development proposals, interlocal access agreements, sponsorship requests, parking strategies and several administrative items. The committee recommended approval or return-to-commission for multiple items, directed staff to refine programs, and kept the living-wage rates unchanged for FY26.
