The Davis County Library Board held a regular meeting on Feb. 12, 2026. The board ratified routine minutes, expenditures, donations and low-dollar contracts; approved an updated Memorandum of Agreement with the Utah State Library for OverDrive access; accepted a $5,000 private grant for new Kaysville-branch books; and received a construction update on the South (Bountiful) branch and the temporary “Twig” site.
