The City of Boca Raton Planning and Zoning Board met on Dec. 5, 2024 to hear site-plan and variance requests including a proposed Padel (padel) facility at 1081 Holland Drive, two residential dock setback variances, and an ordinance amendment to allow certain affordable housing projects on lands designated Enhanced Mobility. The board approved the development items and a board member announced his resignation.
