City of Boca Raton held a daylong strategic planning workshop where council and staff refined a new vision statement, reviewed 46 proposed projects, moved several operational items off the strategic list, and discussed priorities including a government campus plan, stormwater partnerships, sustainability benchmarking, and electric-vehicle charging policy.
