The Raeford City Council on Aug. 25, 2021 approved a permanent utility easement for the N.C. Department of Transportation, authorized steps to finance a new fire truck, approved creation and advertising of a part-time code enforcement officer (up to 19 hours/week, no benefits), and allocated $2,500 to the Fall Festival. The meeting was called to order by Mayor John K. McNeill, III and adjourned by unanimous motion.
