Blaine City Council on Dec. 15, 2025 adopted the 2026 property tax levy and budget, approved several rezoning and development items including conditional use permits, and accepted the results of a 2025A bond sale. Council also approved the city's five-year capital improvement plan and a set of environmental and utility projects including groundwater monitoring well work and participation in a Knoll Creek project.
