The Cochise County Board of Adjustment on a 2–1 vote approved a height variance allowing a 10,000-square-foot accessory garage to exceed the 20-foot limit, despite neighbors who said the structure would look and function like a warehouse and raised flood, water-quality and traffic concerns.
