The University Park Village Board met to transact routine business and took up three substantive items: (1) trustees initially tabled, then reconsidered and approved an authorized variance allowing Altech to open a service and maintenance center at 2418 Bond Street; (2) trustees discussed and tabled an annexation agreement for two Hamilton Avenue parcels proposed by Western Rivers LLC; (3) trustees debated and approved the bills payable as amended after voting to pull several checks for separate consideration.
