Denton County Commissioners Court reconvened from executive session and unanimously approved an appointment to the Denton Central Appraisal District board, authorized outside counsel for pending litigation, accepted remnant-defendant settlement participation in the national opioid MDL, and approved a $524.22 settlement payment under state law.
