A public land-use hearing convened by the Queens Borough President’s office on a rezoning application for 5020 108th Street heard a presentation from the applicant and questions from the chair; no members of the public testified and the hearing was closed. The applicant described two proposed residential buildings that would require a rezoning to R7A and the application of Mandatory Inclusionary Housing (MIH).
