Baxter City Council heard a presentation from MDOT and consultants on the 371/210 intersection preferred alternative (a ‘‘button hook’’ design), held an extended council discussion on residential street-width policy, and conducted a heated public hearing and vote to table proposed Ottabon Way / Springwoods Lane road improvements and assessments after numerous residents and business owners urged postponement.
