The Satellite Beach Planning and Advisory Board discussed a request to reclassify 1253 A1A from RM-3 residential-mixed use to commercial, heard multiple residents raise safety, parking and precedent concerns, and the board moved not to recommend the change. The board also approved code changes to streamline vacations of public rights-of-way and loosen where accessory structures may be sited on corner lots (with added screening).
