At a regular meeting, the Gilbert Redevelopment Commission approved a plan to repurpose the former Bergie’s Coffee House site at Gilbert Road and Vaughn into the Clare House Social project, including two new service buildings, a large pergola and a mural; staff recommended approval and the commission voted to pass the application.
