Starr County Commission Court met April 13, 2026, to hear monthly departmental financial reports and to approve a series of routine actions including a burn ban, a contract renewal for South Texas College collections, permits for Frontier Communications fiber work, several donations, interfund loans and budget amendments; the court also recessed to executive session on salaries and approved an order of salaries on return.
