Weber County Planning Commission reviewed proposed amendments to the county land use code, recommended a positive referral for legislative item VCA 2025-04, and held extended work-session discussions about three rezoning proposals (Riverbend subdivision, McFarland master‑planned community, and a 20‑acre parcel at 3661 W 1400 S) covering open‑space tradeoffs, park donations, trail connectivity and infrastructure needs.
