The board unanimously adopted a resolution recognizing May as Mental Health Awareness Month after a presentation by county behavioral health staff; heard an extended public comment period focused on county employee health‑care bargaining and broad calls to adopt an "ICE‑free Marin" ordinance; received and approved staff recommendations to continue and revise the county's participatory budgeting program; approved amendments to the Transportation Authority of Marin Measure AA expenditure plan; and received budget/CIP updates.
