At a meeting of the Herkimer County Local Development Corporation, members approved the March 31 minutes, heard a staff reading of the corporation mission, discussed possible chlorinated-solvent contamination and an old oil tank on a Charlestown property, and scheduled a developer tour of Bill's School. Staff said EPA and DDC funds may be available for remediation and that the board will have further conversation before taking the property.
