The Jay County Commissioners met April 13, 2026, and unanimously approved minutes, a road-paving contract, renewal of an employee mental-health contract, amended decommissioning and road-use agreements for two Scout Clean Energy projects, and several routine financial items. The meeting included reports from Highway and Jay County Development Corp and closed after approving vehicle titles for auction.
