At its Feb. 17, 2026 meeting, the Dickinson County Planning and Zoning Commission approved three ordinance amendments — changing how a conditional-use application fee is set, removing an obsolete clerk-of-court certificate from final plats, and expanding the definition of major utility facilities — and discussed starting a comprehensive plan update and revisiting the county minimum parcel size.
