The Design Commission recommended the alternate draft of downtown density-bonus urban design standards, approving several amendments on frontage designation, active ground-floor uses and expanded second‑story 'eyes on the street' options. The commission voted to forward the amended draft to the Planning Commission for consideration and asked a working-group representative to report back.
