The WIC committee convened to review and approve three conservation projects: a wetland restoration at Meadoway Community School, a set of stormwater treatments on Lockley Lane, and a dam-removal replanting project. Each project was presented with technical details, funding/crediting concerns and votes to approve funding; the committee discussed eligibility, maintenance, phasing and a legal question about land ownership for the dam site.
