At a May 4 Clinton County commissioners work session, Cedar COG outlined its scope of services for the county's 2026 CDBG program and said its fee will remain $42,100; Cedar COG staff also proposed a $29,890 reallocation from a 2024 housing rehab project to complete the Iron Furnace rehab, with a formal vote scheduled for the regular meeting on Thursday. Other items included a utility easement request from PPL, a sheriff's request to add a part-time deputy to the roster (budget-neutral), a county tire-collection announcement and a recognition for Haven Performing Arts.
