Franklin County fiscal court held a May 13 work session covering routine county business including a roads update, first readings of filing-fee ordinance changes, approval of vendor contracts for courthouse restoration, budget amendments and investments, authorization to advertise bids (fuel, salt, painting, access control), and expanded NRCS buyouts with environmental reviews authorized.
