The Hawaii Farm Bureau and other agricultural stakeholders testified in support, saying the measure provides clarity and preserves county zoning authority. Committee members had no substantial questions and passed the measure as introduced.
The committee recorded unanimous support among members present and moved SB 3231 forward unamended.
