For the Horizon Lakes infrastructure Phase 1 final plat staff said it designates 73 residential lots and eight common-area lots; the council approved that final plat by show of hands (unanimous). The council then approved final plats for Horizon Lakes infrastructure Phase 2 and Horizon Lakes Village 3 Phase 1 in similar, largely uncontested votes.
On Item 8.6, staff presented the Sonoma Verde North Tract preliminary plat and recommended conditional approval. Staff said the filing designates residential lots, open-space lots and an amenity center and listed one condition of approval: Phase 4A configuration is subject to additional review. Developer representatives confirmed Del Webb (a Pulte brand) will build the initial 55-and-over phases. The council accepted the staff-recommended condition and approved the preliminary plat by vote.
All plat actions at the meeting were recorded as approved by show of hands and described in the record as unanimous. Staff recommended recording and filing the plats and completing any instrument notes and easement dedications required by the development agreements.
