Ben Hoover, a professional engineer with Mead & Hunt participating by Zoom, presented the FAA grant #3-26-0156-24225 and the associated project to construct a taxilane and to construct/modify/improve/rehab hangar apron pavements. On motion by Commissioner Ted Handrich, seconded by Commissioner Jackie Bondar, the board approved review and signature of the grant agreement (motion 2025-312). The roll call vote was recorded 5-0.
The board also accepted a contract with Elmer's Crane & Dozer, Inc. to perform the hangar-apron construction work under the same FAA grant (motion 2025-313). The motion passed on a 5-0 roll call vote.
