The St. Joseph County Area Plan Commission on April 21 voted to send a favorable recommendation to the county council for APC 3084-26, a text amendment that would add use permissions and development standards for accessory dwelling units (ADUs) in the R single-family district and revise standards for two-, three- and four-family dwellings.
